So I’ve not had an issue with this until now. When my stickers are finished cutting, I randomly check them just to make sure they cut. Well, recently, it’s like the backing is sticking to the adhesive causing my stickers to rip if not carefully peeled off. This is a brand new blade, and I’ve tried increasing the force. Why is this happening?

What type of paper are you using? I had this problem with weatherproof matte and it was because I had the force too high and so with was cutting way too deep for the paper type. Once I adjusted that settings it worked perfectly. Also, not all blade are the same and sometimes the settings that worked for the last blade are just not right for the new blade. Switching blades is super frustrating because of this. I would recommend just doing some test cuts with the new blades before trying to cut a sticker sheet.

I’m using the online labels removable and permanent matte. It’s not cutting very deep. I look at the back and you can’t even see a line or anything where it cut. I have my force set at 1, so most of the sticker gets cut. It’s just random tiny spots around each sticker that has the backing stuck to it. It’s almost like those spots don’t get cut all the way. I tried increasing my force to 2, and it’s still doing it.

When I switched the blade, it seemed like it was doing it perfectly because I used my stickers after cutting with the new blade. After a few cuts, it’s like it isn’t cutting in teeny tiny spots. I can still remove the sticker, but it needs to be done slowly around the other side of it so it isn’t torn.
