I have previously asked this question but never followed up regarding clarification. Since my first post was a little confusing, I decided to start a new thread.
I am not sure why I am having such a hard time designing foiling elements!
I have attached several pictures to help show what I am trying to design.
1. The first picture is of a kit where there are black dots scattered throughout the clipart that once printed, the black dots are foiled. How do I add scattered dots to my designs to achieve this foiling affect. I have searched Etsy for “confetti svg overlays”, “scattered dot svg”, but the designs are never to my liking. Am I missing something?
2. The rest of the pictures are of kits where clip art elements are printed in black to be foiled; the holly berries on the wreath, the sprinkles on the mug, and the leaves on the flowers. How do shops achieve this foiling element?
Thank you so much for your time and creating a helpful platform for us to openly ask questions!

I’m so sorry about the delay in response. I was out of town most of January due to a family emergency and when I got back I went straight into catching up on stuff for my shop. I’m so sorry!
I’m not sure I completely understand your question though. I think most shops go in and add those dots themselves, so I’m not sure about the confetti overlays on Etsy. I have a feeling (at least from what I’ve seen from other shops) most of them are just creating that and using the layers tool to add it over the sticker. Hopefully that makes sense.
If I hear of anything different I’ll let you know, but I’m pretty sure they are just adding a bunch of dots themselves and it’s not a confetti overlay found on Etsy. However I could be wrong on that.
